Benjamin R. Scissors

Ben has focused his practice on high-level litigation and trial advocacy in both criminal and civil matters. He has leveraged his significant interpersonal and oratory skills to win over judges and juries and achieve advantageous outcomes for his clients. He began honing his oratory skills in law school, where he was awarded Best Oral Advocate in the nation, beating out the best students from over 60 top law schools at the National Moot Court Competition. As an attorney, Ben has cultivated his advocacy skills into a successful practice, successfully handling everything from high-profile criminal cases to civil restraining order disputes. Ben joined Ungar Law Office as a partner alongside Steven Ungar to provide the highest-tier service for our clients.
